The United States Postal Service has aggressively changed their Ground Advantage rates for shipments under one pound!  USPS has created a one-size-fits-all Ground Advantage flat rate, making all shipments that weigh less than 15.99-ounce cost the same as a full 15.99-ounce shipment. For example, a 2-ounce Ground Advantage package will now cost the same as a 15.99-ounce package according to their new rates.  In many instances, we still have to subsidize your postage payment to us for shipping as it STILL isn't enough to cover the cost!  Whenever possible, make all of your purchases together so that we can refund all the excess postage on a combined shipment.
