This is a preowned vintage tool. It is in preowned condition. It is being sold as is.

The whole thing is dirty. It has some deep nicks in some places. It has hairline scratches and some scuffs throughout. It doesn’t have any major wear that would prevent it from functioning properly! With that being said this tool has not been fully tested opening cases.

It is missing its vigor plaque on the front but it is indeed a vigor tool.

All the pins look good. They fit into the head without issue. The case holders all fit into the base and adjust. The square one has some holes that are majorly damaged and therefore they can no longer take a post. Maybe they can be opened up again.

The head moves up and down and turns.
