We package with the utmost care to ensure disks do not arrive damaged. If a drive arrives damaged, we expect clear evidence of shipping damage, rather than vague claims.


3. Returns – Conditions and Procedures:

If you wish to return a purchase, the following terms apply:

  1. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
  2. For partial refunds the Ebay selling transaction fees are not refundable and still charged by Ebay. These will be paid by the buyer and deducted from the buyer's refund.
