Additional 2K Information

Information on 2K Paint: 2K or otherwise known as 2-Pack Acrylic Paint is a very high gloss automotive paint that is very durable and does NOT require a topcoat of lacquer. Once fully cured the paint is very hard wearing, versatile and not affected by UV rays. Drying time of paint is determined by the type of 2K Hardener used either Fast or Slow. This paint will NOT dry without the use of a 2K Hardener.

Health and Safety of 2K Paint: 2K or 2-Pack isocyanate-containing paint are strictly for professional use only and must be sprayed in a controlled environment that meets current health and safety regulations. Spraying 2-Pack isocyanate paint is one of the main cause of occupational asthma in the UK and for a number of years vehicle paint sprayers have been the group most at risk.
