This is the Bandai S.I.C. Vol. 22 Masked Rider Kuuga action figure featuring the Mighty Form.

The set includes the main Kuuga figure and various replaceable parts, such as alternative forms or armor pieces.

It was originally released in 2004 and is a collectible from the Super Imaginative Chogokin series.

Opened box but only displayed; never played with.
