How to Use:

Shake well. Place a tablespoon of Pulling Oil in your mouth and swish it vigorously through your teeth for about 3 to 10 minutes while keeping your mouth closed. DO NOT SWALLOW.

After you're done, spit out the oil and rinse your mouth with warm water and brush as normal.

Use the provided tongue scraper to clean your tongue.

Per Ayurvedic philosophy, oil pulling is best performed in the morning on an empty stomach.
