This is 12 issues of Model Railroader.  Other than minor damage to various covers that got damaged in shipping or got wet in the mailbox, these are in great shape.  Usually once a year the post office rips a cover.  Sometimes a page or two comes loose from the staples but all pages are there.  Single owner since delivered.
