Finished in vibrant orange and black lithographed graphics, this is a wonderful example of mid-century Halloween party memorabilia.
The handle is marked "Life of the Party Products" and the noisemaker is identified as Kirchhof, Newark, N.J., Made in U.S.A. The ratchet mechanism produces the classic clicking sound when spun.
