Offered for auction is this statement from The Miller Manufacturing Co. in St. Louis, Missouri.  Overall very clean.  A little edge and corner wear.  Folded in half vertically.  A few scattered pin holes upper left hand corner.  Measures:  8.5" x 5.5".  

I can fold this on its original fold-line and ship it for $1.00 in an eBay standard envelope.
