Installation Notes

Insert the adapter into the compatible Skeletool bit-driver interface in the correct orientation. Confirm that the adapter is fully seated and securely retained before installing or using a T-shank blade.

Insert the selected blade fully into the adapter and secure it using the corresponding retention mechanism. Do not force an incompatible or excessively thick blade into the holder.

If the adapter uses a locking screw, tighten it only enough to retain the blade securely. Do not overtighten it.

Use medium-strength removable threadlocker only if appropriate for the specific locking screw and installation arrangement. Do not apply threadlocker to the Skeletool bit-driver interface.

Before cutting, verify that:

✔ The cutting edge faces the correct direction
✔ The blade is straight and does not wobble excessively
✔ Adequate clearance exists around the hand and multitool

Use Notice

This adapter is intended for controlled manual cutting with an appropriate T-shank blade. It does not provide the stability, speed, or cutting capacity of a powered jigsaw.

Use slow, controlled strokes and avoid excessive sideways pressure, twisting, bending, or impact. Excessive force may damage the blade, adapter, bit driver, or multitool.

Do not use a bent, cracked, heavily worn, or improperly fitted blade. Wear suitable eye and hand protection when appropriate.

Select the correct blade for wood, plastic, PVC, or metal. The adapter itself does not determine material compatibility; cutting suitability depends on the installed blade and working conditions.

Care Instructions

Remove debris from the blade slot and connection surfaces after use. Keep the adapter clean and dry.

Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant but not completely rustproof, especially after exposure to moisture, chemicals, or salt. A light coating of protective oil may help maintain the adapter.
