I purchased this about 30 years ago, as I like poppies. The frame measures approx 26 1/2 by 21. The board the painting is on is approv 24 by 18. The frame has some marks and on the painting. Haven't tried to clean it. I believe this is a painting on board and was handdone by someone who likes to paint. Not sure if its oil or what. I'm not a expert in paintings.
