**⚠️ MISSING THIN-DOOR SPACER:** The only piece absent from this retail kit is the small plastic thin-door adapter plate. This plate is **ONLY** required if your front door is an uncommonly thin 1-3/8".

**🔧 READY FOR STANDARD DOORS:** If your front door is a standard 1-3/4" thickness, **you do not use this missing spacer anyway.** This kit is completely ready to drop right into your standard-sized door setup out of the box.
