All our items are sold under 30 day warranty. If the item you received is faulty or incomplete a replacement will be offered to you if we have one in our stock. If we do not have replacement in stock or you are not interested in replacement, then eBay return request should be opened with an adequate reason ("Doesn't work or is defective") so a return postage label can be sent out to you to cover the return postage costs by us. All our parts are marked with security labels and item will be checked on return. Removing any of them can lead to invalidation of your warranty. Money will only be refunded for the item and postage (if you send it back on your own, not using our label). We are not responsible for any labour costs/time so no money will be refunded for that. If the item is returned in broken or in damaged condition this could also lead to receiving a "partial refund".
