The Infernus INF-12HNG is a compact 12-litre countertop fryer designed for professional kitchens using a Natural Gas (NG) supply.


Featuring thermostatic temperature control (50°C–200°C), fast heat-up and excellent recovery, it delivers consistent frying results throughout busy service. Built from durable stainless steel with pilot ignition, flame failure protection and an easy front oil drain, it's ideal for everyday commercial use.


Perfect for cafés, restaurants, pubs and takeaways. This model runs on mains natural gas, ideal for fixed-site kitchens with an NG supply already in place. Looking for something more mobile? Our matching LPG version covers food trucks and trailers too.



KEY FEATURES:


SPECIFICATION:

This unit does NOT come with any gas hoses, fittings or regulators. These must be supplied by yourself or your GAS SAFE engineer when the unit is commissioned for the first time.

IMPORTANT - All commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer by UK Law. Failure to do so will void the products warranty. Proof of this will be required in the event of a claim. 


We will not under any circumstance accept any return or warranty claim if this unit has not been installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer and an installation certificate MUST be provided in such a case.


Under UK and Irish law the appliance must be fitted by a registered Gas Safe engineer. Failure to have the appliance fitted by a registered Gas Safe engineer is an offence, and will invalidate the appliances warranty.
