   Pretty Japanese vase by Otagiri.  White porcelain with colorful tulips and spring florals.  Gold rim at top.  The vase is a flat oval ovoid form.   Measures 4.5 inch height and width across the front.  Depth of opening is 1.25 inch.  Excellent condition.  A sweet accent for spring decor!
