This is an awesome looking pair of Alan Michaels brown leather dress pants in U.S. men size 36-inch waist 31-inch inseam.  Pants were cut with a dress/khakis style pants cut fit and feel nice to wear.  These pants are in excellent condition with awesome looking leather, fully intact stitching, clean nylon liner, and a cool shine!  

Pant size is 36 (fits more like a 34)

Waist:  17 1/2 inches across (will fit a 34 inch waist - please check your actual waist measurement before you buy)

Rise:   14 3/4 inches

Inseam: 31 inches (inseams glued and can be lowered up to 4 more inches_

Pants features:  High quality soft cow leather outer, two front hand pockets, one rear wallet pocket, nylon liner past knees, finished leg hems that can be taken down four inched if desired, metallic fly zipper, silver snap-shut pants closure,  and 1 1/2-inch belt loops.
