Marvel Comics printed off a precious few blank-cover editions of Giant-Size X-Men #1 and gave them to Hero Initiative to have 100 artists do an original drawing on the front cover. This is the cover by artist Adam Kubert, hand-drawn on the blank cover.

It has been graded 9.6 in CGC's prestigious Signature Series.
