Up for Auction is a FINE SET 8 1976 STERLING SILVER CRIES OF LONDON FIGURAL PLACE CARD MENU HOLDERS. Part of a fine collection of Sterling Silver and Silver Plate from all over the world, listed this week. Be sure to check our other auctions and save greatly with combined shipping.

This is a superb and very desirable set of 8 vintage English Sterling Silver Novelty Menu or Place Card Holders. The Holders are top notch quality and each is fully marked for the fine period London Silversmith Thomas Charles Jarvis and are from a series of his called Cries of London. Each is also Hallmarked for the year 1976 making them 50 years old. These would have cost a small fortune when new and even in a Silver specialist shop now but the set will sell here with absolutely no reserve !

Condition : The set is in excellent condition with no breaks, cracks or repairs about a nice a set as you are likely to find.

Size & Weight : To give an idea of sizes the Preaching Pastor measures approx. 2-1/2 inches tall by 1-1/4 inches wide. The 8 pieces have a combined Sterling Silver weight of 418 grams.

Special Note Regarding Tariffs: We will continue to be shipping all items to the USA with all tariffs and fees prepaid. They are included in our already low shipping costs. Our customers have loved this in the past and we will continue this for all the sales this week.
