The TB 1.5 v FF - Sunflower Fuzz is an interpretation of Analogman's Sunface circuit. It’s basically the well-loved Fuzz Face circuit with an external bias knob that opens up a wealth of sounds. Naturally since the Tone Bender 1.5 is practically the same circuit, with the bias, there is some common territory.

Built around two carefully measured and tested NOS Soviet PNP 1T308V (1T308B) germanium transistors (70 - 80 hfe) for a warmer/lower gain but still gutsy fuzz. And as you would expect from a Fuzz Face, it cleans up well with your guitars volume knob. Internal clean and bias trims can be adjusted to control your headroom and voltage.
