We do not guarantee that if you later decide to grade your card, that it will achieve a certain grade. Our card checking service adds an extra layer of confidence that you can place in the condition we describe the card as. After checking we are also very meticulous in the way we handle the cards, sleeve and case, right down to the superb packaging we use to get the card to you safely. 

All graded comics are packed in a slab bag, bubble wrap, cardboard postal box. The condition is shown in title.

CONDITION INFO - We follow the eBay condition guidelines - please see below and the condition chart. Any case may have small cosmetic imperfections including scuffs, scratches, standard surface wear, minor cracks, or Newton rings. We will not list for sale any slabbed comic with a damaged case that compromises the integrity of the comic. If the case is cracked it will be detailed above in detail. We cannot guarantee centering, edges, print or surface quality for grading purposes, so please check photos carefully if you intend to grade. 

(NM) NEAR MINT or BETTER - May have slight edge wear. May have minor edge chipping, page corner curling, surface indentations, scratches, scuffing. There should be no discolouration, creases or staining. Rest of comic should be flawless. 

(EX) EXCELLENT or LIGHT PLAYED - May have moderate corner wear with multiple dinged corners. Slightly rough edges with moderate chipping and/or light indentations. Minor discolouration (e.g. wax stains on the reverse). Moderate surface indentations. Minor surface wrinkles. Moderate scratches/scuffing. Minor staining. 

(VG) VERY GOOD - There may be rounding on all four corners. Moderate-to-heavy chipping and/or indentations on the edges. Moderate to major discolouration, surface indentations, staining. Moderate creasing with multiple creases allowed. Moderate to major scratches/scuffing, some slight paper loss.

(POOR) POOR or DAMAGED - May have major rounding with one or more corners missing. Major edge chipping and indentation with paper loss. Major discolouration over a large area. Major surface indentations and staining. Multiple major creases. Major scratches/scuffing with paper loss, tears, and pinholes. 

SHIPPING

Comics will be put in a slab bag. This will then be protected with bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard postal box. These are sometimes placed in an outer mailing bag. Multiple comic orders will be shipped in larger boxes. 

International buyers - orders will be sent by eBay’s Global Shipping Programme only. International buyers are responsible for any customs or duty taxes. No warranty or returns. 

Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Returns. If you choose to start a return on eBay, the original and return postage is non-refundable. We reserve the right to deduct a fee equal to 25% if the buyer purchases the incorrect product and/or decides to return for any other reason. Any returned product that is damaged during return shipping, through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Returns for graded cards that show any signs of damage or tampering with the sealed slab case will be rejected. 

Please check full suitability prior to buying. This is not a trial, test or try before you buy listing. No returns accepted for change of mind purchases or other reasons. If payment is not received within 72 hours of auction style listings ending, buyers are automatically reported, sale cancelled and the item re-listed. Please only purchase if you intend to keep the product. 

Fraud Prevention: All serial numbers (where appropriate) and packing details are recorded & photographed. Photos are also taken of packed parcels. This is to prevent swap out returns and fraudulent claims. 

IMPORTANT - We do not post to PO Boxes, Petrol Stations & overseas forwarding services. 

DELIVERY ADDRESSES: We do not cover loss or damage for items posted to PO Boxes, Petrol Stations & overseas forwarding services - if your delivery address is for delivery/collection to one of these addresses we will not refund if the item is lost or damaged. It will be the buyers responsibility to claim from the delivery company and/or the service address company. 

However, we do deliver to established services offered by Argos, Sainsbury’s, Asda and other major retailers. 

If item is damaged or lost in post, a Royal Mail/Courier claim will have to be made by the buyer. Or I can make the claim and the refund will only be made when claim is settled. Packaging will need to be kept, including shipping box, photo proof of damage will be required, and any damage reported within 24 hours of delivery. 

IMPORT DUTY & TAXES 

If you are purchasing from outside of the UK, the buyer is responsible for paying any local taxes & duties levied. This is outside of our control.

Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked & Insured Service or Tracked Insured Courier for larger items. Orders valued at £150 or higher are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.  

Please note: We have all our parcels collected. This can sometimes delay them showing up on tracking websites by 24-48 hours. Orders paid for after 3pm Friday are sometimes not dispatched/collected until the following Monday.
