The reel was completely taken apart, cleaned - inspected - repaired as needed - properly lubricated and adjusted to near specs. the reel is very smooth and quiet, bail snaps back like it should the ant-reverse works correctly. Parts/repairs done: shims - put anti-reverse pin back in its position and sealed it - trip lever spring. Great reel for a great day of fishing. good luck
