Condition: FACTORY REFURBISHED - MINT CONDITION. NOTE: These Early Model Western Electric Telephones were Polarity Sensitive, which means if your Red and Green phone lines are reversed in your wall mount connector box, you won't be able to dial out and the phone will answer calls but not ring. The simple fix is to reverse the Red and Green wires in your wall mount connector box and the telephone will work perfectly.
