Condition is useable but not perfect as per photographs and also reflected in the price, a few rust bubbles, chips and a slight crease where it meets the door but no nadty scratches so could tidy up a damaged car for not a lot of money.
Collection only due to size and lack of packaging large enough.

Note the Black areas are rust converter which has been applied and the metal is still very strong in those areas, can be painted over by buyer.
