1992 Mazda mx5 / Eunos Roadster S - special

Imported to the uk in 2007 by the previous owner it’s been garaged its entire UK life. I bought this 12 years ago and it was supposed to be my forever car but since moving to Canada I could never see me fully enjoying the car on these wide straight roads over here.

It’s been stored since 2020 under an indoor cover in my parents garage and regularly started and moved.

If you wanted a bone stock example it wouldn’t be too hard to revert back to stock. Everything is bolt on with the main components being factory. I was always at a cross roads with this car whether to take it back to standard or go all out on a build but then moved away!

It had a full respray in factory black in 2015, it does have a few marks on it since that as it was never intended to be a garage queen, but for a 34 year old car she’s still super clean.

I have a file of all the paperwork from the previous owner and my time of ownership. Since owning I’ve installed a gc fabrications half cage, axe ex8 15x8 wheels finished in Subaru gold, Yokohama ad08r tyres, alpine head unit with CarPlay which is probably outdated now. A short shifter with weighted brass shift knob, a decat pipe as its pre emissions, a garage vary front lip, a mohair soft top with glass screen, and that’s about it.

Mechanically its stock with no engine mods as I wanted to keep it as reliable as possible, bilstein shock which are standard and a few other bits found on an s-special. The hard top is included along with a set of spare rays wheels and a 5 speed gearbox

If I could keep this I would but it just doesn’t make sense for me to do so. It will have a full years MOT as of mid July

Any questions feel free to reach out. I’ve not seen the car since 2023 but it hasn’t moved and as mentioned has been in a garage under an indoor cover.
