Notes:
1. Mortise and tenon lock open: only rotate the horizontal bar forward to adjust the horizontal bar distance.
2. Mortise and tenon lock closed: fix the horizontal bar and prevent it from loosening.
3.When installing the horizontal bar, you need to understand the installation environment first. It is not supported on hollow doors, glass doors, hollow tiles, wallpaper, wall cloth, painted walls, and hollow walls. Please choose solid walls or door frames for installation and use;
4.During the installation process, the horizontal bar must maintain horizontal balance, and both sides must be perpendicular to the wall at a 90° angle, and there must be no tilting in the front and back. According to your own situation, it is recommended not to install it too high to avoid falling injuries. In addition, when the horizontal bar rotates, tighten it on one side and loosen it on the other side. It is recommended to tighten the side of the horizontal bar with your palm when using it to avoid long-term use causing the anti-reverse gear to wear and fall off.
5.After use, it is recommended to remove it to avoid long-term squeezing and damage to the wall. In severe cases, it may fall off and cause personal injury. If you really don't want to disassemble it, you need to carefully check its installation before the next use to ensure that it is firm before continuing to use it. (Note: the time of continuous fixing on the wall cannot exceed 24 hours!!)
6.It is not recommended to perform some high-risk actions such as hanging from the horizontal bar and handstand spinning on the horizontal bar without safety protection measures. It is forbidden to remove its parts after installation.
