Delivery

Please message us for delivery options and a delivery quote before purchasing if required. We use a pallet network to fulfil all pallet deliveries. Delivery is made using a tail lift and is to kerbside only.

Where there is suitable access and a flat, smooth surface, the pallet may be moved closer to your preferred location using a pump truck; however, this is entirely at the driver's discretion.

We request that the driver calls approximately one hour before delivery, giving you the opportunity to liaise directly with them regarding where you would prefer your order to be left.

Please note that delivery is carried out by an independent third-party pallet network. As we do not carry out the delivery ourselves, we cannot accept liability for delays, failed deliveries, access issues, or other issues arising during the delivery process that are outside of our control.

Ordering Advice

We recommend ordering 10% extra material to allow for cuts, breakages and wastage, ensuring you have enough to complete your project.
