Brought for a present for my mum but on opening it up my mum found the Chromebook to heavy and to big for her. It has never been used.

Unfortunately this is the box that the Chromebook came in you can see from the pictures it was not properly packed when I received it, I did tell the seller.

I will make sure the item is wrapped well and well padded so that no more damage can be done to the box.
