Authentic items Produced by Golden Bear and dating from 1999, each one retains its original illustrated Clangers swing tags in excellent condition. They also have their original attached sound labels. The toys have been carefully kept together. The sound mechanisms batteries have not been tested, so the set is being sold primarily as a vintage display and collectors’ set.
The original Clangers were created by Oliver Postgate and Peter Firmin, the team behind Bagpuss and Ivor the Engine. With Bagpuss now set to return in a new film, there is renewed nostalgia surrounding these much-loved Smallfilms characters.
