1. PRODUCT

● Unless clearly indicated, ALL items for auction or sale are in 'Factory New'/'New' or 'As New' condition.

● Some original products may be presented in their factory packaging which may show signs of age and present in less than 'Original' condition. This type of item is classed as 'NOS' or 'New Old Stock'.

● All precautions are taken to ensure the item/s contained are fit for purpose and without any damage or defects.

● Should there be defects present on the item, this will be clearly indicated in the 'Description' of the listing.

Accordingly:

● Please read the item description carefully to ensure it is what you wish to buy.

● Please check all photos carefully, as they form a part of the items description.

● If you have any questions, please ask them BEFORE you bid or buy.

• Should an item arrive with you in a condition other than what was indicated on the listing, PLEASE contact us FIRST to seek a resolution BEFORE leaving any negative feedback.

2. PAYMENT

● Winning Auction bids & 'BUY IT NOW' purchases are binding - please make sure of your choice before you do either.

● Please pay within the timeframe shown on the listing type of each item.

● Where a bidder/buyer fails to pay within the stipulated timeframe and does not respond to requests to do so, an UNPAID ITEM CASE will be opened with Ebay.

3. POSTAGE

**Combined shipping is available on ALL of our listings**

● If you wish to purchase multiple items, FIRST add each item to your cart. Once you have done this, REQUEST AN INVOICE from us and we will invoice you with a postage charge that includes ALL of the items in your cart. This prevents you paying postage on each individual item and saves you money. If you are unsure how to do this, contact us and we will guide you through the process.

● If you have ALREADY purchased multiple items on an individual basis and have paid the stipulated postage on each of them, they will automatically be combined for postage and the resulting excess charge/s AFTER posting will be refunded to you.

● Some listings will offer you a choice between:

a)  AUSTRALIA POST DOMESTIC REGULAR LETTER (UNTRACKED)

and,

b) AUSTRALIA POST LETTER/PARCEL WITH TRACKING

Please selection the option you prefer.

● All envelopes/parcels are out of our control once they have been lodged with Australia Post, and any loss/damages will be for your account.

To avoid the unlikely event of this occurring, please select the TRACKED option for postage.

● ALL orders that are bulky and are shipped in anything larger than a standard letter/envelope are AUTOMATICALLY sent with tracking pre-selected.

4. INSURANCE

Australia Post Insurance covers items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Their cover is as follows:

● $101 and up - $2.50 per additional $100 in value.

● Maximum value insurable - $5,000

Any Additional Insurance is for the Buyers account.
