phone connector has been cut at the end and a current jack attached.

Last time it was tested in a house with a land line that Talk & Hearing & Dialing worked, but the ringer did not.  This is not a mechanical problem but due to the phone system being so low voltage that it's not enough power to make the phone ring.

In good sold ship.  no cracks, but does show time wear.
