The model number is K119M; this item was ordered from QVC and I suspect this model number was specific to QVC. The attachment is exactly the same as Model number 1562 and should be compatible with that model number other than the color may be a little different (this one is a little more gray- 1562 appears a little more beige).

The attachment is powered by an electric cord from the vacuum cleaner.
