A classic Canon 35mm film SLR camera released in 1969.

This model was sold in Japan as the Canon EX EE and internationally as the Canon EX Auto. Both versions are the same camera, only the name differs.

One of the most unique features of the EX series is its rare front-element interchangeable lens system, where only the front section of the lens is exchanged while the rear optical group remains attached to the camera body.

Condition

The camera shows normal cosmetic wear from age, but is in good working condition overall.

The built-in light meter and EE (Shutter Priority Auto Exposure) system are not working.

A battery was installed for testing, but the meter needle does not respond and the automatic exposure system does not operate.

This camera is largely mechanical, so it can still be used by setting the lens to Manual aperture and using an external light meter or a smartphone light meter app.
