Up for sale is a beautiful vintage Indian wood marquetry and pyrography panel depicting Lord Ganesha, the Hindu elephant-headed deity, with his vahana (vehicle) mouse at his feet.

The artwork features intricate inlaid wood pieces in warm golden-brown tones against a natural wood grain background, with fine line work detailing the trunk, ears, headdress, and hand gestures. Ganesha is shown in a frontal pose with an open-palm abhaya mudra and his characteristic curved trunk. A small mouse figure is depicted at the lower right.

The panel is set in a dark stained hardwood frame and sits on a decorative twisted brass easel stand. The back has two triangular keyhole hangers connected by a colorful braided cord, suitable for wall hanging.
