This book is a beautiful compilation of poems that tell so many stories. The photos were such a nice addition. My children are both learning about the different types of poetry and this book has been an invaluable resource. I highly recommend purchasing this book. You will be happy you did!!

Book overview
At age sixteen Dave Collins started his working career as Lumberjack. From there, he moved to Machine Design, then to Facilities Engineering Manager. When he retired at age sixty-two, his latent interests in writing and genealogy became time consuming passions. By age eighty-five Dave had composed enough poems and short essays to fill a small book. This book is the result, mostly in the poetry genre and based on Dave’s life experiences in an ever-changing world. The book also includes poems written by Dave‘s late older brother, James “Perry” Collins. While researching his genealogy Dave learned that his family shares DNA with the poet, Robert Frost.
