This Greenlee expander kit for hand truck wire cart model 38733 is new without the original manufacturer's packaging. This kit measures 41" x 12-5/8" and provides a 60% capacity increase to Greenlee hand truck wire cart models 38733. Please note this unit is new and unused. However, the spindle rods have some minor rusting due to original improper storage. This damage is cosmetic in nature and does not effect the functionality of this unit. The remaining pieces of the kit remain rust-free. Ready to use.
