This is a W4000 UltraGen Test Equipment, a low-intensity broad band ultrasound generator test set. The device features a green power light, an output power level knob, and an auto-timer control. It appears to be designed for testing or educational purposes regarding ultrasound technology. Ultrasound generator test set powers on and timer works. All switches appear to function as they should. Included is the ultrasonic transducer probe/sensor

Generator test set measures approximately 13 inches in length 4 inches in height and 10 inches wide.

Transducer probe wire measures approximately 6 feet and length and so does the power cable.

Includes a carrying case. Case measures approximately 18 1/2 inches long by 13 1/2 inches wide. Case is in very good overall condition. Latches work fine and lock with keys which are included. Interior of case has padding and compartments to store additional accessories.
