This is a circular Arthur Court pewter trivet, approximately 8 inches in diameter. It features an openwork design depicting a larger teddy bear holding a flower, a smaller teddy bear with a bow, and a surrounding border of leaves. The back is marked "Arthur Court © 1996 
It functions as a decorative hot plate.
