H4 bulb lens is also made in USA and has a Clear fluted design 938006-00 made in USA on the lens

(See Pictures. bulb is used, no guarantee on the H4 bulb, but the headlight assembly and lens itself is Fully operational and functioning as intended.

Body of light is solid and has K-869, SAE MI, and Made in USA is on the right side Just what you see in the picture is included in this deal!
