18th Century French Seamed Brass Octagonal Candlestick With Multi Stepped Base. The candlestick is in good condition for age it has a slight lean and is split in two places on the rim  . The octagonal sconce has a tapering knopped faceted form  .The cast stepped base with shaped rim has been reamed to take away excess brass to be reused please see pictures showing this .
