Sometimes eBay has issues when it comes to requesting an invoice if you wish to purchase more than one item. From good old Google: The "Request Total" button is notorious for not showing up on the eBay mobile app. The buyer must log into eBay using a desktop computer or a mobile web browser (like Safari or Chrome) to see the option. Please let me know if there are any problems and we can work something out.
