Description:
- Material - The sprocket is made of C45 carbon steel, which is rust-proof. The tooth part uses high-temperature quenching heat treatment, high hardness, wear resistance, a long service life, and is easy to use.
- Design - Each roller sprocket is equipped with strong teeth to lock the chain well. There are round holes for installing set screws that form a 90-degree angle with the set screw after installation, which can fix the shaft and prevent it from slipping. (Set screws are not included in the package)
- Installation - Chain Sprockets are normally mounted in a fixed position on a fixed shaft. The chain sprocket should not rotate at a greater speed than is allowable for drive sprockets of the same size. It is suggested that chain sprockets have at least three teeth in mesh with the chain.
- Wide Application - Sprockets can be used in various industrial areas, especially in power transmission industrial machinery, such as milling machines, drilling machines, drilling rigs, or other mechanical transmission occasions.
