WATCH MOVEMENT

The Seiko VD53 is a popular, reliable quartz chronograph movement made by Hattori (Seiko Instruments Inc.) for various affordable watches, featuring hour, minute, center sweep second, date (often at 4:30), and three subdials for 24-hour, chrono small seconds, and chrono minutes, powered by a common 371 battery, offering stopwatch functions for 1/10ths of a second up to 1 hour.
