This was my wife's personal iPad. Everything was working fine, then the charging port broke, and she was not able to charge it.  We brought it to one of those sleazy fix-it places and they quoted more to fix it than it is worth.  She instantly bought a new one, and told me to sell this one.  The screen and case are in very good condition, and as far as I know, everything else is working.  The iPad is set up to remotely wipe if ever turned on.  I am selling it for parts only due to the fact that it will no longer turn on.  If you regularly work on Apple products, this should be and easy fix for you, especially if you already have the part.
