You are buying what you see in the first picture.

These are new but old stock from a seatbelt factory that closed a few years back so are of a good standard.

Descriptions as follows:-

2 x Bolts 7/16 x 20UNF (Seatbelt Standard) Thread length is circa 20mm and 8.8 seatbelt std material grade. Collar is 12.8mm diameter and 6.5mm deep.

2 x 7/16 Flange Nuts overall height 8mm and flange width 22mm

2 x Carbon Steel Split washers again 7/16 hole and 2mm thick.

2 x Steel plated washers 2mm thick with 7/16 hole and 2mm thick.
