2019 CPBL All-Star Game card number 306 from the Team Star subset, featuring Liao, Chien-Fu (廖健富) of the Lamigo Monkeys (Lamigo 桃猿) of the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) in Taiwan. Officially licensed by the CPBL, printed in Taiwan, copyright 2020 CPBL, and carrying the CPBL 30th Anniversary 1990-2019 commemorative mark. The 2019 CPBL All-Star Game was contested between the fan-voted CPBL All-Stars and Team Taiwan at Xinzhuang Baseball Stadium on July 27 and 28, 2019.

Liao Chien-Fu is a catcher and one of the most celebrated young hitters in recent CPBL history, having batted .387 as a nineteen year old rookie in 2018 and leading the league in batting average early in the season. A first round draft pick out of Kao Yuan Vocational High School, he made his second career All-Star selection in 2019 and started Game 2 behind the plate. Note the card back prints his weight as 88g rather than 88kg, a typographical error present throughout the print run.
