This is a very nice rare pair of antique sterling silver bright cut decorated sugar tongs hallmarked London circa 1786. The makers mark is for George Smith 111 and William Fern, this mark on these tongs was used between 1786 and 1787, so quite rare. The item is in excellent condition. Any strange marks in images are reflection and not damage. I list with the lowest price I can do so please do not ask for discount. Part of my late fathers collection of antique silver.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROYAL MAIL CURRENTLY CHARGES ME DONALD T RUMPS DUTY, SO THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY EXTRA CHARGE TO YOU. I WILL POST THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE FOR BOTH OF US.
If buying more than one item to get the combined shipping / postage discount please add them all to the shopping cart before paying so order is combined and shipping / postage discount is automatically deducted. Many thanks.
