Please Note: These Saucony trainers are sold as B grades which means there are some very slight cosmetic issues on the shoes. We have checked most of the shoes and we list possible imperfections as follows : discolouring to the white midsole unit consistent with them being on display or handled, potentially being on display in a window or in the sun and thus partially yellowing the midsole in places but not all of it. Both of the uppers are discoloured to the same degree so they are a matching pair, the only things that differentiates the two shoes are the indifferences in the marginal colouring variations of the midsole. Most of the discolouring / imperfections will be barely noticeable when worn and once the shoes have been worn 2 or 3 times any imperfections will blend in with the overall wear of the trainers. All shoes are guaranteed against fair wear and tear and offer a substantial saving against the normal high street price. The overall function or performance of the shoe will not be affected by any minor cosmetic issues. B Grades are original authentic products released by the brand manufacturer with their approval at greatly reduced prices. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be more than happy to take the shoes back from you and issue a full refund.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns and due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, a refund will be issued for your return and you will be able to purchase the replacement accordingly.

For returns from within the UK or Channel Islands we provide a fully tracked 2-3 day returns service via Royal Mail at a subsidised price of £3.99. The return postage will be deducted from your refund shortly after we receive your order back with us.

Please Note
Returns will only be accepted if the goods are in the same perfect condition as delivered, complete with tags attached, tissue packing paper, and the box undamaged. Boxes must be wrapped and must not have labels directly attached or be taped in any way. Any damage or sign of wear to the returned item may result in a refund being refused. Complete the returns information on your returns note and ensure you enclose it in the box with your returned items.
Returns postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty (decision made at the discretion of management) or were sent incorrectly. Regretfully, footwear that does not fit is not considered as being faulty or not fit for purpose.

In the event of dispatch via a carrier other than Royal Mail, a similar tracking facility will usually be available via the carrier's web site.
Our carriers will normally attempt to deliver your order during their working hours, typically 09.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). If there is no one available to receive the delivery, the carrier will leave a card explaining where your parcel is being held. Sometimes the carrier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour, otherwise it is likely to be sent to a local post office, sorting office or carrier's depot.

EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERY - Deliveries to most Member States of the EU normally takes up to 4-5 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of despatch, although many order arrive sooner than this, and more remote locations can take up to 7-10 working days at a cost of £9.99 for the first item plus £4.99 for each additional item.
If you do not receive your order within 10-14 working days from the date of despatch we recommend that you contact us.
OTHER OVERSEAS DESTINATIONS
Orders for destinations other than the United Kingdom and EU Countries cost £14.99 for the first item plus £7.50 for each additional item and can take from 10-14 working days (Monday-Friday) to arrive, although many order arrive sooner than this. Please note that orders for these countries may be subject to import duties, taxes or clearance charges, which are the customers responsibility. The policy regarding these charges will vary from country to country. If you are unsure about whether or not duty will be applied to your purchase on importation we recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing your order. If you do not receive your order within 21 working days from the date of despatch we recommend that you contact us.
