This vintage 1970s Craftsman bench vise was made in Japan. Excellent little vise, soda can in one pic for size comparison. Its a nice small homeowner's vise weighing about 17 lbs. This is a perfect little vise for homeowner use.
The vise has no damage, no cracks, no repairs. The jaws are mint. I replaced the old jaw screws with new stainless steel ones. The swivel handle is a replacement as well. The lead screw, anvil, and jaws were polished.

The vise operates as it should. I also have a pic of it next to a red US version I restored at the same time available in another listing. This listing is for the blue one only. Painted 4 coats of rustoleum Deep Blue paint with a silver paint pen on the lettering.
