Vintage Seagull Pewter Potpourri Bowl Featuring a Cat

This pewter top features a cat and turtle surrounded by tulips. It rests atop the glass bowl that can house potpourri. The diameter of the top of the bowl is 2.75" and it stands approximately 2.75" tall. It is in excellent condition.
