In the event of a malfunction of the purchased spare part, our guarantee includes:
· replacement of the spare part with an equivalent one, if available.
· ATTENTION: in order to access the free replacement, the faulty spare part MUST be returned intact and reassembled in all its parts as initially supplied (e.g. if an engine is returned completely disassembled or partially disassembled, the replacement will not be carried out, or the customer will be charged for the reassembly costs)
· transport of the replacement part at our expense.
· if it is not possible to replace the spare part with an equivalent one, the purchased value will be returned
· unless explicitly indicated, the guarantee lasts 30 days from receipt of the goods
· Some types of spare parts are subject to particular warranty conditions
or COMPLETE ENGINES: complete engines are those engines supplied with sump, block, head, injectors, pump and, where existing, the turbine (unless otherwise indicated). the engine must be installed as supplied, any type of alteration, such as dismantling the pump, opening the head or sump will void the warranty. All electrical parts of the engine such as alternator, steering pump, air conditioning compressor or water pump that may be present on the engine are to be considered free accessories not subject to warranty.
or Straps and chains: they must ALWAYS be purchased new when installing the engine. Malfunctions due to broken belts or poor installation of the same are not covered by the warranty.
or ENGINES FOR MODIFICATIONS OR PROTOTYPES: engines that are purchased for any purpose/installation other than the natural engine itself, such as modifications for racing cars, or adaptation between compatible versions of vehicle are not subject to warranty
or TURBOCHARGERS: the sale of turbines is always associated with photographs of the same. Any turbine reported as not working due to damage to the scroll will not be covered by the warranty.
or INJECTION CONTROL UNITS: all those control units which require the opening or removal of the chip in order to be adapted to the vehicle are purchased at the risk of the installer and are not covered by the warranty.
or ENGINE CYLINDER HEADS: the heads are all used, unless otherwise indicated. It is always advisable to carry out the hydraulic test of the same before mounting it directly on the engine.
or SHEET METAL: all spare parts are used, so it is always possible to find signs of wear or scratches other than those highlighted in the photo.
· anything that is not explicitly indicated is excluded from the guarantee.
